1. How can I register as a vendor?
If you are not a registered user on fleamarketyourway, click the "register" link available at the top of any fleamarketyourway page and complete the registration process.
2. What is the fee structure for registering as a vendor?
Initially, canopy registration is free, but from the second month onwards, it becomes chargeable. A mail will be sent after 25 days to the vendor alerting about the payments. If the payment is not made within 5 days, the canopy of the defaulting vendor will be made invisible.
3. How can I set up my canopy?
After registering as a vendor on our website by giving respective details, and upon choosing a preferred mode of payment, you get canopy space, upload your products for display, and decorate it as you like.
 4) How many canopies can I set up?
There is no restriction on the number of canopies.  However, you have to reserve the canopies in advance.
5) Which payment methods are accepted for online shopping?
All payments are to be made using PayPal.
6) How long will the delivery of merchandise take?
The estimated delivery time of any merchandise is dependent on the availability of the products and the destination where the order ought to be shipped. The shipping of the merchandise is fulfilled by the vendor and not the site administrator.


Shopper FAQs

1) How do I place an order?
If you are planning to purchase our products, first choose the product, then select your country, state, city as applicable. In case, you don’t have information about the city, you can also search it using Pin Code. After that, click on the order button and complete the order making the payment.
2) How safe is it to place an order on the website?
Your safety is our first concern. All our orders are processed via an encrypted, secure payment gateway, ensuring maximum safety of your sensitive information. 
3) How do I know the shipment status?
An account created with us will help you keep track of the shipment of your merchandise. Most items are shipped within 3-5 working days, though lead times vary as per the destination.
4) How can I get a replacement on my order?
We offer a 10-day return guarantee on all our products.  However, we will not be able to accept the return if product is worn/used or altered, exhibits physical damage to the box  or the product, has a tampered serial number or is returned without original packaging & accessories.
